Maple & Palm Marketing is built on two things: experience and perspective. Founders, Brock Palmer and Eric Kern, met back in the early 2000s at the Los Angeles Interconnect, Adlink, laying the foundation for what became Maple and Palm Marketing, rooted in hard work, trust and an understanding of how marketing performs in the real world.

Our History, Philosophy, and Approach

The name Maple and Palm reflects who we are and how we think: Brock, raised in Canada, brings the Maple, strategic, deeply connected to people/local markets and grounded in data. Eric, raised in California, brings the Palm, fast-moving, disciplined, and creative. Together, we form a balanced approach that blends smart strategy with practical execution.
Brock's career spans leadership roles at CBS Radio, Adlink, Time Warner Cable and TelevisaUnivision, where he developed expertise in broadcast, audio, and large-scale media operations. Eric's background includes FOX Television, Adlink, Time Warner Cable , CBS Paramount, and LVK Marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, client growth, and performance-driven marketing.
What unites us isn't just where we worked, it's how we work. We believe marketing should be accountable, transparent, and tied to outcomes. A thoughtful strategy, strong creative and media plans that are built to perform.
